Does Epigenetics Prove We Are The Programmers Of Our DNA?

Our thoughts shape more than our beliefs

GREY Journal

Epigenetics is the science that proves our bodies can heal through our thoughts, emotions, and intentions. Every thought or emotion holds a high vibration or low vibration. Our genetic code responds to each of these particular thoughts or feelings. Since the genetic code reacts to these feelings, they begin to change structure. Epigenetics changes how the code is read.

There are thousands of receptors in each cell in our body. Each receptor is specific to one peptide. All emotions release their own neuropeptides which outpour through the body and connect with those receptors, changing the structure of each cell as a whole. Depending on which emotions you release most, your cells will be programmed to receive more of it in the future.

How it Works

Think about the Placebo effect. An inactive substance is administered to an individual who is not informed that it is fake treatment. The mind mimics the real treatment of the drug which results in the healing of the body. The more a person expects the treatment to work, the more likely it does.

Five percent of gene mutations are the direct cause of health issues. The other 95 percent of genes are influenced by stress management, diet, emotional states, and thoughts. Epigenetics is showing that perceptions and thoughts control your biology, which puts you in control of your well-being. You can shape your own genetic readout.

A man was told he had incurable cancer, yet when the autopsy was performed after he died, the results revealed he had been misdiagnosed. A woman who suffered from long-term depression was healed during an antidepressant drug trial that was giving her a sugar pill. A few veterans who had severe osteoarthritis gained pain-free mobility after a surgeon performed sham surgery. They made small incisions in their knees and then sewed them back up without doing anything else.

Individuals who have been given placebo pain killers believe that the pill will relieve their pain which causes the person to generate real endogenous molecules that block pain.

At any point in time, we can create new neural pathways and break the habits we once followed. The change in our brains will influence change in our bodies. By learning to change your neural wiring, it is possible to turn off undesirable genes and to signal healthier genes to turn on.

By paying attention to what thoughts you create, you can ultimately change your brain, cells, and genes in a healthy way.

How do you think epigenetics will affect the future of medicine? Let us know down in the comments.
